Platform status

LogPulse status

Open live status

Checked every minute, with 30 days of history.

Live status is measured from outside our platform, on Cloudflare, so it keeps answering when we do not. This page covers what we monitor, the targets we hold ourselves to, and how we handle maintenance.

Maintenance windows

We aim for zero-downtime deploys, but occasionally need to pause ingest or take ClickHouse offline for migrations. When we do:

  • Paid customers get at least 48 hours' email notice before planned maintenance.
  • Standard window: Saturday 02:00–04:00 CET (low EU traffic period).
  • Free-tier maintenance can land anytime; paid plans always get the standard window unless it's a security hotfix.

Incident history

Confirmed incidents, with root cause and resolution timeline.

Incident history lives on the status page

Open incidents and their timelines are published there as they happen. We add a written post-mortem here for every incident that affected users.
